Spider Wireless AMR System

Spider AMR - Wireless is Halytech's Wireless Automatic Meter Reading base station with  built-in telemetry.

The Spider AMR - Wireless can:

  • wirelessly monitor up to 400 electricity, water and gas meters
  • connect to any pulse meter
  • generate SMS and e-mail alarms
  • log (record) data
  • send data via e-mail or FTP to users, servers and web sites
  • communicate via integrated LAN/GSM/NextG
  • link to SCADA and BMS systems

The Spider AMR - Wireless is designed for long term utility meter monitoring. It interfaces with a wide range of water, electricity and gas meters via Halytech Wireless WTX modules. It automatically collects data from all connected meters and sends it to users, servers and web sites. Housed in an outdoor enclosure, the complete system includes a Spider device, a WRX wireless receiver, a power supply a backup battery, antennas and all cables.

Once installed the Spider will log data and automatically send reports via e-mail or FTP. Alarms can activate outputs, send SMS, e-mail alarm messages and trigger reports.
